A Practical Mechanics article - May 1934

The following three pictures are pretty well self-explanatory but an introduction will not be amiss. E.W. Twining was well-known as an artist and model engineer, Stan Buck's excellent book verifies this. EWT was a regular contributor to Practical Mechanics and the article below shows his respect for the work of Howard Boys. The two men knew each other, EWT having employed Howard and given him his first model aircraft. The start of a hobby which absorbed him for the rest of his life.
